About garlic Guru

The Garlic Guru, owned and operated by Teresa Giesbrecht was opened at the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market on Saturday, March 6 and is open five days a week. Most menu items are gluten-free, most are vegan-appropriate, many are 100% cholesterol-free, and all are delicious.

Tuesday to Friday 10 am – 5 pm
Saturday 8 am – 2 pm.

Garlic is everywhere, including in dessert! Four garlicky soups served with multi-grain whole wheat foccacia are available daily.

Favorites include the curry sweet potato and potato and roasted onion with dill; also popular are whole wheat baked pita chips with a smoky garbanzo dip or fresh salsa.

The garlic chocolate chip cookies, and the garlic fudge brownies (plain or served in phyllo topped with ice-cream)are favorites for those with a sweet tooth.

All Items available for take out.

Catering available for up to 50 people.
